When reporting problems, the more information you can provide the better our response can be. If possible, include the following:

• What version of the software are you running? You can determine this by choosing About from the Help menu.
• What version of Microsoft Windows & Internet Explorer are you running? For example, Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
• Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
• If you see a dialog box with an error message when the problem occurs, please include the complete error message.
